These Terms of Service govern your use of the albms™ mobile application operated by Varosso, LLC. By using albms™, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance

By using albms™ you confirm you are at least 13 years of age (16 for EU/EEA residents) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Subscription

albms™ offers a 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial, two plans are available: Monthly ($3.99/month) and Annual ($33/year). Subscriptions auto-renew and are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings.

EU/EEA consumers: By starting to use albms™ Premium during the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge forfeiture of the right of withdrawal upon use. Your statutory consumer rights are not otherwise affected.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos and videos captured using albms™. Varosso, LLC claims no rights over your content.

4. Acceptable Use

Use albms™ only for lawful purposes. Do not reverse engineer the App, circumvent subscription systems, or use albms™ to capture or distribute illegal content.

5. Intellectual Property

albms™ and the Varosso, LLC name and logo are trademarks of Varosso, LLC protected by US and international law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes while your subscription is active.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

albms™ is provided "as is." Varosso, LLC is not responsible for loss of photos or data. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months. EU/EEA consumers: Nothing herein limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

7. GDPR Commitment

For EU/EEA users, Varosso, LLC acts as data controller and commits to processing personal data lawfully, transparently, and securely in accordance with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. EU/EEA consumers may also rely on mandatory provisions of their country of residence and bring proceedings in local courts. Online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
